Connecticut Public Broadcasting Network, home to CPTV, WNPR, and the Learning Lab, offers internships at its headquarters in the historic Asylum Hill neighborhood of Hartford.
The CPBN Internship program was created to provide students enrolled in higher education programs and recent graduates, an opportunity to get an in-depth look at the broadcasting and media fields.
Candidates must be enrolled in a higher education program or be a recent graduate. Selections will be based on factors including:
- Relevant skills and education
- Academic record
- Goals and career interests
Internships last approximately ten to twelve weeks.
All candidates must submit an application as well as a cover letter clearly stating the semester and position they are applying for and a current resume. Some positions may also require a writing sample.
